Join us as a Growth Ops Engineer (Salesforce) to design, build, and improve the systems that enable Qonto's Growth teams to operate efficiently and scale across 8 European markets. You'll turn complex business needs into scalable technical solutions — in a fast-evolving, AI-driven environment. You will report to Julien, Salesforce Lead.
➡️ What you'll do
- Analyse and solve business problems end-to-end: Dig into root causes, break topics into actionable steps, and implement solutions across Salesforce, Segment, and data tools — no hand-holding required.
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions: Design and develop robust features using Apex and LWC, automations, and integrations that directly improve performance for Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management teams.
- Own high-impact topics end-to-end: Take full ownership of your scope, ship solutions with measurable business impact, and partner closely with PMs and Growth teams on delivery quality.
- Own the stack's reliability: Ensure production quality and maintainability — audit, clean, and document what you build so the system stays solid as Qonto scales.
- Leverage AI to optimise the growth engine: Use LLM models and AI tooling to automate workflows, improve revenue generation, and boost operational efficiency across the growth stack.
➡️ What we're looking for
- Salesforce engineering experience: Hands-on experience building solutions with Apex and LWC in a production Salesforce org. You've shipped real features, not just configured flows.
- Architecture mindset: You design scalable, maintainable systems and make sound technical decisions beyond quick fixes. Strong data modelling skills — efficient object models, clean relationships, data integrity at scale.
- Business understanding: You know how Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management teams work. You design solutions that maximise the value users get from every feature you ship.
- Independent problem-solver: You identify root causes, structure solutions independently, and move things forward without waiting to be told what to do.
- AI fluency: You use LLM models and AI development tools daily. You're comfortable automating your own workflows and experimenting with new approaches.
➡️ What we can offer you
- A role at the heart of Qonto's growth engine: Growth Ops Engineering drives revenue and operational efficiency directly. Your work has measurable business impact.
- Technical depth meets business challenges: Salesforce, MarTech stacks, data tooling, and AI topics — a rare mix that accelerates both technical and strategic growth.
- An AI-first team culture: The team runs on different LLM models, maintains dedicated AI development guidelines, and actively experiments. You'll be encouraged to automate yourself into better problems.
- A profile that goes beyond Salesforce: You'll leverage a broad, evolving toolstack to solve growth and ops challenges — not limited to a single ecosystem.
➡️ Your future manager
Your manager will be Julien, Salesforce Lead.
- His path? 6+ years at JobTeaser, where he grew from Salesforce Administrator to Tech Lead to Lead Salesforce, managing a team of 5 and owning the development roadmap. Then Senior Operations Manager at Libeo (B2B payments fintech) before joining Qonto in 2024 as Salesforce Lead. Paris School of Business graduate (Master's in Audit & Expertise Comptable).
- What does he bring to the team? Deep Salesforce technical expertise combined with a business-oriented mindset — he's built and scaled Salesforce orgs from admin level to architecture. No micro-management: he enables autonomy, encourages real problem-solving, and helps you build solutions that last.
