As Lalamove continues to grow, we’re looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team in our Berlin office. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your primary mission will be office and people operations—ensuring a smooth, well-organised, and engaging workplace environment that supports our growing team.
In this role, you will take ownership of office management and employee operations, bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, supporting employees across their lifecycle, and working closely with the People Manager to deliver a world-class employee experience. In addition, you will support Talent Acquisition activities by assisting with recruitment coordination and helping the team attract and onboard top talent as we continue to expand.
