- Driving Sales: You are spearheading the sales of our innovative technological solutions across the South-East quarter of France (PACA and parts of Occitanie)
- Consulting: You act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand your client’s business challenges in detail, from independent boutiques to large health clubs
- Showcasing: You promote and give demos of EGYM’s solutions in your territory, generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visits, converting them into high-value sales
- Business Cases: You create and present professional business cases, ROI calculations, and digital concepts tailored to the French market
- Events: You organize and execute regional sales events in hubs like Marseille, Nice, or Montpellier with the support of our Marketing team
- Reporting: You are responsible for regular sales reporting and pipeline management (using Salesforce) directly to our Country Director
- Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B), preferably with a technological background and a successful track record in consultancy-based sales
- Fitness Industry: You have previously worked in a commercial, financial, or management role within a sport, fitness, or health center and possess a deep understanding of fitness economics
- Results: You are highly motivated, result-driven, and able to grow a premium customer network in the South of France
- Skills: You are highly organized in your daily field work and bring experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools and are passionate about digitalization
- Communication: You possess excellent communication skills with fluency in French and a solid level of English (spoken and written)
- CRM Knowledge: You confidently manage your regional customer database within Salesforce
- Product Demonstrations: You perform at least 4 high-quality technical demonstrations per week
- Events: You successfully promote and help organize at least 2 trade or regional events in your sector
- Close Sales: You complete at least one full, complex sales process from lead to contract
