- Industry Background: Significant experience in a mid-sized or corporate environment within the hardware product development sector (e.g., Automotive, MedTech, or similar)
- Jira Architect: Deep knowledge of Jira Premium and experience in structuring complex, cross-functional Jira environments (Project Schemes, Permissions, Shared Configurations)
- Assertive & Empathic: You have the persistence to challenge "the way we've always done it" and the diplomatic skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
- Strategic Communicator: You are an effective communicator, skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and translating high-level requirements into workable system structures
- Languages: You are fluent in English; German is a clear plus
- Collaboration: You built strong relationships with the Project Management team
- Integration: You integrated seamlessly into the Hardware Engineering department, gaining a deep understanding of teams, tools, and processes
