About the role
We’re looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience as a developer in SaaS or web-based products that serve high-volume and rapidly growing user bases, including 3+ years in a leadership role. - Lead a team of fully autonomous full-stack Dev Owners, ensuring clarity of ownership, sharp prioritization, and high standards across efficiency, security, stability, and performance.
- Own your squad’s efficiency and delivery within our 2-month cycles, partnering with Product and Design to build the simplest, highest-impact solutions.
- Act as Hiring Manager and help scale the team, refining Zeffy’s development principles and contributing to tech and process improvements company-wide.
