Headquartered in San Francisco with approximately 700 employees, the company operates as a private organization and has become the world's largest social fundraising platform. The platform plays a significant role in crisis response and disaster relief, rapidly mobilizing support when major events occur. The company's mission centers on enabling people to help one another during life's most challenging moments, attracting purpose-oriented talent across product, operations, and community roles.
