Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food following company standards to ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to comply with food safety regulations
  • Assist in preparing ingredients and arranging stock to support smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor and ensure food quality and safety at all times during preparation and service
  • Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environment to meet daily customer demand
  • Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications
