Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Participate in tactical strategies to hunt for potential brands to appoint YSG as their eCom Enablers
  2. Execute full spectrum of sales tactics to meet business goals.
  3. Collaborate with the wider team to effectively hunt in allocated segments.
  4. Perform the role of YSG’s Brand Ambassador in managing post-sales account relationship.
  5. Selling the organisation’s full suite of eCom Channel Management to B2C Warehouse Fulfilment services.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying leads, initial contact, qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing and post-sales management and implementation.
  7. Manage the relationships with marketplace platforms to encourage referrals.
  8. Meet and exceed monthly account acquisition targets.
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation skills and salesmanship.
  • Fast thinker with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Ability to handle people of all levels.
  • Pleasant, clean and professional image
  • Strong English proficiency plus additional languages will be advantages.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly meticulous and strong negotiation skills.
  • Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.
  • Strong customer orientation for delivering a great customer experience.
  • Ability to convey business information clearly and analyse the requirements to influence customer buying decisions.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.
