Responsibilities
- Participate actively in live event marketing campaigns to engage audiences and promote brand awareness
- Represent and promote products and services directly to customers to increase interest and sales
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
- Deliver excellent customer interactions to create positive brand experiences and encourage repeat engagement
- Support and coach new team members to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Background in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand messages
- Open-minded attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments
- Team player with a strong work ethic to contribute positively to team goals
