Role Summary & Impact
We are looking for an experienced Integrated Exchange Director to lead the offline media planning and investment agenda for one of the industry's most strategic client partnerships.
This role will be responsible for shaping offline media investment strategies, managing senior client relationships, driving investment efficiency, and building strong partnerships across the media marketplace.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and deep offline media expertise to ensure that client investments deliver maximum business impact while maintaining strong marketplace relationships and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Act as the senior day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships and provide strategic guidance on offline media investments
- Lead annual offline media planning and investment discussions
- Translate business objectives into effective offline media strategies
- Present strategic recommendations, campaign results and investment reviews to clients
Offline Media Strategy & Investment
- Lead the development of offline media strategies across TV, Radio, OOH, Print and other relevant channels
- Define channel roles, investment priorities and performance expectations
- Build media investment frameworks that balance effectiveness, efficiency and business objectives
- Monitor media performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Drive investment efficiency targets and ensure effective budget allocation
- Provide recommendations on media inflation, marketplace developments and investment implications
Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key broadcasters, media owners and marketplace partners
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities that create value for the client
- Collaborate with investment teams to secure the best possible commercial outcomes
- Represent the client business within the media marketplace
Commercial Stewardship
- Monitor investment delivery against agreed KPIs and efficiency targets
- Support annual negotiations and investment planning processes
- Ensure alignment between investment strategy and business objectives .
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in media planning, buying or client leadership
- Strong expertise in offline media planning and investment management
- Deep understanding of TV, OOH, Radio and Print ecosystems
- Proven experience managing large-scale media investments
- Strong relationships within the media marketplace
- Experience driving investment efficiency and commercial performance
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in English
