Lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of cloud-based Next Gen HCM and payroll solutions for large, complex global enterprises, providing technical and functional leadership throughout the lifecycle. Architect scalable HCM solutions leveraging cloud development platforms and seamless integration with client cloud-based and legacy payroll systems. Design and implement integrated HCM products and business processes to optimize and streamline enterprise human capital management. Lead the design and configuration of complex payroll environments, including Next Gen schemes, wage types, concurrent employment, configuration tables, and time-to-payroll integrations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and influence product roadmap decisions. Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, providing mentoring and quality oversight, while delivering regular project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadership. Drive functional and technical design improvements to existing client systems to support current operations and long-term organizational strategy. Lead testing, deployment, and stabilization activities, including unit and integration testing, parallel payroll runs, mock cut-overs, end-user training, and post go-live issue resolution and continuous improvement. Develop comprehensive documentation of configurations and solutions to support client knowledge transfer, system support, and audit readiness. Participate in business development activities, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales support. Conduct complex workflow and impact analyses, evaluating software upgrades and regulatory changes, and recommending customized Next Gen solutions aligned with client business, compliance, and operational needs.
Requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field. Also requires five years of experience as a Consultant or related role designing, developing and implementing HCM solution including payroll and SuccessFactors (SF) on cloud-based platforms for global enterprises. Must have experience leading all phases of a full-cycle HCM and SF implementation including design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. Must have experience implementing multi-country payroll.
Requires 50% travel throughout the U.S. to unanticipated client sites for periods up to 3 weeks.
