Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and project teams
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Schedule aircon servicing, installations, and maintenance appointments
- Maintain proper filing of sales documents and customer records
- Follow up on payments, outstanding quotations, and customer feedback
- Assist in stock ordering and inventory coordination
- Update sales reports and support daily office administration duties
- Support the sales team in preparing tenders and project documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Preferably with experience in aircon, ACMV, engineering, or construction industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience using accounting or ERP software will be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Tamil/Burmese is an added advantage

- Office-based in Singapore
