Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in the modern trade channel
  • Identify and develop new business with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer insights to drive growth opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with modern trade partners
  • Deliver strong customer service and promptly resolve customer issues


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in modern trade channels
  • Familiar with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyse sales data and market trends to support decisions
  • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
