Dublin, A94 F6Y0, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to work at Flight Club Dublin, 35/36 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, D02 C5H9. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the restaurant, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, leading and developing staff, managing stock and orders, handling customer enquiries and issues, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes responsibility for cost control and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar managerial role and a relevant qualification or third-level education in a related field. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
