Role Description Is a Hybrid, remote and local/on-site role for a Chief Operations Officer. The Chief Operations Officer will oversee and optimize daily operations, drive strategic business planning, manage budgets, and ensure financial stability. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational processes to improve efficiency, developing management practices, and supporting the overall, mission of the organization. The role requires collaboration with team member(s) to ensure operational excellence and organizational growth. Qualifications Strong Expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and decision-making Experience in Finance and Budgeting for managing organizational resources Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote settings Proven experience in the non-profit sector or a related field is an asset Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
