Vanderhaegen Potatoes is organising a job day on June 11th in Horebeke from 10am to 4pm – and we are actively looking for night drivers C for a flexi-job.
WHAT IS THE JOB?
As a night driver, you play a key role in our story. While most people sleep, you make sure our customers – mainly chip shops – can count on a correct and timely delivery every morning. Thanks to your dedication, accuracy and sense of responsibility, everything runs like clockwork.
From our site in Horebeke, you head out on the road as a flexi driver when we need you. You work an average of 1 to 2 nights per week, with the possibility of more during busier periods.
The night shifts are: Sunday to Monday, Tuesday to Wednesday, Thursday to Friday and Friday to Saturday
This is what your night looks like:
- You ensure a timely, correct and well-presented delivery of our products to chip shops
- You help load your truck before departure
- You deliver independently at various locations, including cold storage rooms and cellars
- You maintain the order and hygiene of your truck
- You read orders accurately and assess what needs to be delivered based on the order or stock on site
- An average of 25 to 30 stops per run
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have at least some prior experience as a C driver
- You hold a valid C driving licence and Code 95
- You are physically fit, manual lifting and working in cold storage areas is part of the job
- You work accurately, independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
