As the VP of Professional Services for the Americas, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of Digital Professional Services across the region. You will lead a multi-country services organization, modernize implementation and deployment processes, and ensure alignment between sales strategy, services execution, and financial performance.
About the role
- Senior leadership experience in Professional Services organizations delivering enterprise digital programs
- Experience managing SaaS and/or on-premise implementations (ERP, finance systems, back-office automation)
- Strong ownership of regional financial performance and stakeholder management
- Experience working closely with Sales in high-volume commercial environments
- Proven experience improving delivery through automation or AI-enabled tools
- Experience leading migration programs from legacy or competitor platforms
- Experience working with delivery partners and managing blended teams
