Description of Duties • Inventory and organize IT equipment • Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories • Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune • Install software in Windows 11 environment • Update asset records in ServiceNow • Deploying assets as required • Assist with decommissioning old equipment Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely • Good communication and time management skills • Must pass state and national background check Working Conditions: • Strict schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with 30-minute unpaid lunch and no overtime • Business casual attire (jeans acceptable) • All tools and equipment provided Required / Desired Skills • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools Required - 5 Years • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Required - 5 Years • Good communication and time management skills Required - 5 Years • High School Diploma Required - 5 Years
