A Day in the Life:

In the position of Global Logistics Lead, you will direct international shipments of Premium and Apparel and POS commodities, aligning with company goals. Track shipments, ensure customs compliance, and manage documentation and funds. Liaison between internal teams, country managers, and external vendors.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Oversee the import and export of POS, premiums, and merchandise display shipments, coordinate closely with the customs compliance team and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure data workbooks, resources, are updated and efficient, vital to undertake a systematic review and enhancement process. Assess the current documents to identify outdated or inefficient components, incorporate feedback from analysts to address specific user needs, and standardizing formats to ensure consistency and functionality.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of our shipping documents, all HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes are updated and items are classified with absolute certainty. Verification and alignment with official HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) databases and expert consultations.
  • Manage the handling of DG (Dangerous Goods) items, ensuring that all labeling is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Craft strategic logistics plans to boost efficiency and cut costs, while mentoring team members for a proactive culture. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for setting a leadership benchmark.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in logistics management
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in warehouse environment
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced in MS Office and SAP.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
