Experienced Baker / Boulanger (Artisan Bread & Viennoiserie) – Galway, Ireland Location: Corrandulla,Galway, Ireland Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate / Flexible About the Position Bread Heaven Bakery is a busy artisan bakery outside vibrant Galway looking for a skilled Boulanger to join our team. Produce high-quality breads, baguettes, viennoiserie (croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.) and pastries in a friendly, professional environment. Main Responsibilities Daily production of artisan breads and viennoiserie using traditional methods Mixing, shaping, proving, and baking Maintaining hygiene & food safety standards (HACCP) Early mornings, afternoon and evening shifts available. Weekends off. Requirements Professional baking qualification (CAP Boulanger or equivalent) and/or proven experience Strong skills in bread-making and viennoiserie Motivated, reliable team player Basic English required. What We Offer Competitive salary: €32,000 – €38,000 per year (depending on experience).
