Job Title BDE (Lead generation) US IT Staffing Experience 1.5 to 2 Years Location Ahmedabad Shift US Shift / Night Shift Timing 6 PM to 3 AM Working Days 5 Days Working Department Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation / Business Development Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the US Staffing & Recruitment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients for staffing services in the US market. Key Responsibilities • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. • Identify and connect with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers in US companies. • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities in the US Staffing industry. • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly reports. • Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for client requirements and follow-ups. • Develop professional relationships with potential clients to generate long-term business opportunities. • Handle outbound communication professionally through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets. Required Skills • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development within US Staffing/Recruitment. • Good understanding of the US Staffing process and recruitment industry. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and CRM tools. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in cold calling and email marketing campaigns. • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment. • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Strong research and networking skills.
