Work tasks: People Operations & Administration
-Coordinate employee administrative processes, including holiday requests, remote work requests, onboarding activities, and internal records.
-Support the preparation and coordination of internal policies and procedures.
-Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.
Recruitment Support
-Support the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
-Coordinate interview processes and candidate communications.
-Conduct preliminary screening interviews before escalation to the executive team.
-Support recruitment scheduling and onboarding coordination.
Operational Support
-Coordinate day-to-day office activities and supplies.
-Organise internal activities and company events.
-Coordinate travel and logistics activities when required.
-Support vendors, subscriptions, and general operational coordination activities.
Founder & Executive Support
-Support the founders with administrative and operational coordination activities.
-Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and document preparation.
-Help maintain structure and follow-up across internal operational activities.
