We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in HR and internal communications and has already had some exposure to both (through coursework, a previous internship, a student job, university projects, a student association, or similar). Demonstrated interest in HR and internal communications / employee engagement (you can explain why you want this combination) Some prior exposure to both areas (HR + communications) through projects, part-time work, or internships Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (clear, structured, audience-friendly writing) Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Proactive and reliable: able to take ownership with guidance and follow through consistently Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
