- You are responsible to monitor the delivery of finished products at the agreed location within the agreed contracted delivery date
- You monitor proactively the deliveries and react to avoid or minimalize the impact on the final customer
- You are responsible to replan the deliveries on the customer's demand (rush)
- You analyze the short and mid term forecast to share with the carrier and further plan for actions
- You are the daily contact for operational questions from the customer and the supplier
- You are expected to detect recurring deviations and escalate them
- You are customer‑focused and demonstrate a strong service mentality
- You are a team player, well organized and able to prioritize
- You can work independently and approach challenges in a solution‑oriented way
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; French is considered an asset
