**What we expect from you:**
- A passion for providing personalized, high-quality experiences for every guest
- Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities
- A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in à la carte and buffet service
- Experience and confidence in bartending Fluent English skills, as both our guests and team are international Previous experience working in a seasonal role in Northern Finland is considered an advantage
