Full Time Project Administrator
SALARY RANGE: $85,000 to $95,000 p.a. + SUPERANNUATION

Position Summary
The Project Administrator supports the coordination, administration, and delivery of business projects and operational initiatives by providing project support to management and internal teams, monitoring project progress, managing documentation and reporting processes, and assisting with stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within established timelines, and in line with organisational objectives and operational requirements.
Working closely with management, advisers, external stakeholders, and service providers, the Project Administrator assists in maintaining project workflows, resolving administrative and operational matters, and supporting communication between relevant parties involved in projects and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating and administering business projects, operational programs, and service initiatives
• Assist with improving administrative systems, project processes, and operational workflows to support business efficiency
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, reports, records, and correspondence
• Liaise with company managers, advisers, contractors and other stakeholders to support project delivery and operational outcomes
• Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring activities are completed within agreed timelines and organisational requirements
• Respond to inquiries and resolve administrative and operational issues relating to projects and services
• Support management by identifying matters requiring attention and assisting with the implementation of decisions
• Monitor work completed by contractors and external providers and report on project variations or outstanding matters
• Prepare and review submissions, project updates, and operational reports relating to organisational activities
• Collect and analyse project-related data and information to support reporting and business decision-making
• Maintain effective communication between internal and external stakeholders throughout project activities
Selection Criteria
• A degree or diploma in a related discipline
• At least three (3) years of highly relevant professional experience
• Experience in project administration, operational support, business coordination, or administrative management roles
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate administrative processes and maintain accurate project and operational documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to identify issues, resolve operational matters, and support the implementation of practical business solutions
• High level of attention to detail and analytical skills when preparing reports and reviewing project information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business administration systems used for project coordination and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing responsibilities independently where required
