About the Company

Multiplier Holdings is a technology-enabled professional services platform that launched with US$27.5 million in Seed & Series A funding, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Ribbit Capital, EDBI and SV Angel.

The firm acquires ambitious boutique professional services firms (e.g., in tax, accounting, advisory) and integrates them into an AI-native operating platform—automating critical time-consuming tasks, increasing productivity, and driving scalable growth.

Joining Multiplier means you’ll be part of a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where strategy meets operations, technology meets service, and you can have outsized impact at an early stage of growth. To learn more, visit multiplierholdings.com.

The Role

The Strategic Finance Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping Multiplier’s financial strategy and decision-making. You’ll own high-impact financial modeling and analysis across capital allocation, market expansion, pricing, and forecasting—translating complex data into strategic insights that drive growth and operational excellence. Working closely with the Head of Business Operations and CEO, you’ll build the analytical backbone of the company, support key investment and performance decisions, and help scale global, AI-driven professional services firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital allocation modelling: evaluate different capital types, deploy internal capital, assess returns across entities.

  • Model market expansion scenarios: build and stress-test new market entry cases, including margin, tax, FCF and scaling implications.

  • Price & sensitivity modelling: create scenarios to assess pricing strategies, margin impact, free cash flow outcomes.

  • Data-driven GTM spend analysis: partner with Go-to-Market teams to quantify ROI of marketing, sales, product initiatives and drive decisions.

  • Financial consolidation: reconstruct and integrate financial statements across multiple entities, build consolidated group-level views.

  • Incentive compensation modelling: design and maintain frameworks for incentive plans aligned with performance and FCF metrics.

  • Forecasting & long-range modelling: build and update models for revenue, FCF, other key metrics to support planning and decision-making.

  • Actively collaborate with senior leaders: you’ll work directly with the Head of Business Operations and CEO to shape financial strategy, build the backbone of decision-making, and position yourself for rapid growth.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally structured as:

    • ~2 years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting AND

    • ~1-2 years in private equity, strategic finance, FP&A in a scaling business

  • Excellent modelling capabilities: 3-statement modelling, scenario & sensitivity analysis, valuation, forecasting.

  • Strong quantitative and strategic mindset: you see not just the numbers, but what drives them operationally, and how those numbers feed back into strategic choices.

  • Self-sufficiency: ability to build from scratch, work independently, handle ambiguity and structure new frameworks rather than rely on legacy.

  • Solid communication skills: able to translate complex financial insights into actionable advice for non-finance stakeholders.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a high-growth environment: you’re comfortable in a startup / scale-up mindset, not just an academic or “cookie-cutter” model.

  • Located in or able to work remotely from Asia, Europe or Canada, with sufficient timezone overlap to collaborate with a team in the Americas.
