We are looking for agents with or without IUL and FIA experience as we have some of the best training in the industry. You can start this position with as little as 5-10 hours per week. We are catching consumers at the employee level with an employer sponsored plan for TAX-FREE (IUL) retirement. WE have the #1 IUL on the market with 18 living benefits that is NON-MED to $5M. We are selling 2 - 2,000 IUL policies at once and finding a ton of FIA business in the process. All applications are taken electronically and remotely with a highly training, organized and disciplined back-office team helping in the process. Regardless of your past experience, you must be very trainable. Helping just 1 business with only 20 employees nets the agent $40,000 in commission. At the end of the interview process and at the end of the day, we feel that the very best and most trainable agents naturally come aboard our program.
