Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day forwarding operations for LGCAI, including ocean, rail, and inland transportation
- Coordinate shipments and manage operational issues to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Manage carrier rates, pricing, and cost-related discussions as needed
- Review freight charges and support billing and settlement processes
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational and cost matters
Qualifications
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
