The role involves ensuring the upkeep and functionality of apartment facilities, contributing significantly to resident satisfaction and the overall property condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across the property.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
- Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.
Required skills:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
