Join our team as a Claims & Costing Specialist in Pinetown, KZN. In this role, you will be responsible for researching warranty concerns, reviewing and submitting warranty claims, monitoring repair order completion, and ensuring compliance with warranty specifications. You will also manage warranty claim submissions, prepare documents for warranty audits, and maintain records of customer details and warrantor references. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry is required.

About the role

•    Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
•    Work experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk or Technical background in the motor industry
•    DMS experience (Automate,Evolve,ADP/kerridge) will be an advantage
•    GWM & Mahindra Experience Preferred

Key missions
