We are looking for motivated students to join our sales team on a part-time basis. In this role you will operate the CamReach platform to run outbound campaigns, follow up with prospects by phone, and support our commercial pipeline. This is a hands-on commercial role with direct exposure to B2B sales and AI-driven outreach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run prospect campaigns using the CamReach platform, including managing contact lists and outreach sequences

  • Make outbound and warm follow-up calls to Nordic SMB contacts

  • Manage and triage the unified inbox, flagging qualified leads for handover

  • Log activity and maintain accurate records for campaign performance tracking

  • Support the sales team with research, list building, and reporting tasks


Mindset & Work Style

  • Self-managed and target-driven, thrives without a large support structure

  • Comfortable in an early-stage startup where processes are still being built

  • Professional LinkedIn presence and comfortable with social selling

  • Confident running discovery calls and handling objections


Skills

  • Fluency in Norwegian or one of the Scandinavian languages is a must.

  • Ability to independently research, identify, and qualify prospects

  • Strong communication skills, able to craft personalized, conversion-focused outreach

  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools

  • Confident running discovery calls and handling objections


Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outreach/pipeline targets

  • Experience with cold outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
