Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting spectacles and eyewear suitable for their needs
- Provide good customer service to children, parents and adult patients
- Explain lens options, frame features and promotions clearly
- Manage appointments and patient registration
- Handle cashiering and administrative duties
- Support social media or simple product posting if required
- Pack and prepare online orders for delivery
- Coordinate and track online sales shipments and delivery status
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom/practice
- Maintain routine checks on vision related equipment
- Perform inventory checks
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Friendly, patient and responsible personality
- Comfortable interacting with children and parents
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese
- Retail or optical experience preferred, but training can be provided
- Basic computer skills
- Organised and able to handle online order fulfilment carefully
- Able to work on Saturdays
