Position Overview:
The Senior Development Process Engineer/Technologist leads the design, execution, and optimization of advanced metal additive manufacturing process development programs. Working independently and in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and technology teams, this role drives the creation of project strategies, develops complex experimental plans, analyzes and interprets technical data, and provides technical leadership in advancing new manufacturing processes from concept through qualification and production implementation. The Senior Development Process Engineer/Technologist serves as a subject matter expert, mentors junior engineers and technologists, and plays a key role in identifying innovative solutions that improve process capability, performance, and scalability.
