We are only hiring if someone resides in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Remote but must be local. Weekly base pay with bonuses and commissions.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent and have a strong background in human resources and talent management.
Duties:
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates
- Utilize cold calling and relationship management techniques to attract candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate campus recruitment events
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in campus recruitment is desirable
