Full-Time Leadership Development Customer-Facing Role
Position Overview
Join a growing team at the forefront of 5G and fiber optic expansion. We’re hiring motivated individuals for our Management Training Program, where you’ll learn outside sales, customer retention, and team leadership while representing top tier wireless and fiber brands.
Key Responsibilities
Meet customers in person to review service needs and upgrade options
Educate customers on 5G and fiber optic technology
Resolve service concerns and support customer retention
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate data
Learn sales leadership, coaching, and territory management
Support team goals and assist with new hire development
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator with a customer first mindset
Comfortable with outside sales and face to face interaction
Interested in leadership and long term career growth
Organized, dependable, and solution oriented
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
