Looking to recruit a Head Chef, who will able to manage our kitchen, to create recipes, to prepare menus, manage staff rosters, hire new staff, assess staff needs, inventory control , to control and direct the food preparation process and sourcing ingredients and to look after the customer service, train employees, responsible for food quality. Be able to do profitability analysis and gross margins.
