2. REASON FOR EXISTENCE OF THE JOB
The local IT Administrator ( ISCO Coordinator ) is needs to give IS first line support for Users , Office systems and Productions system. Also define the reguest and forroward them to our GIS Department.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• First line Support for Office User on McBride IS Systems and in case of needs forward this to GIS. • First line Support for Printers and multi machines and in case of needs forward the Reguest to the support company. • Daily checks there are define on list. • Daily checks of the call system and cleanup them. • Setup and check , single line and profiles in the McBride phone systems. • User training on IS Systems. • Working with the McBride CAB Process . • Setup and troubleshooting of GSMs. • Support of IS parts in projects. • Setup and troubleshooting on the IS Cable network. • Software Support for all machines for the production in McBride in Foetz. • Software Support for the software that a use on the EMR department. • Give Support for the DCS ( as option in 2 Years ) . • Give Support for the MES System ( as option in 2 Years ) . • Give Support on the DCS Network ( as option in 2 Years).

5. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
No people management responsibility.
6. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Apply of safety rules (100 %). 2. Give user first line IS Support , that the can works on the System. 3. Work with the daily checkplan , to reduce the unplanned downtimes .
