Join Eleos Health as an IT Specialist, where you will be a key member of the Operations team. In this hands-on role, you will manage Eleos' IT infrastructure and employee technology experience in the US, focusing on support, systems management, security, and compliance. You will provide Tier 1-2 support for employees, manage user lifecycle and identity access, support macOS devices, handle hardware procurement and asset management, and administer SaaS applications. You should have a solid understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity workflows, hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, and at least 2 years of experience in IT support.

Key missions

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for employees across macOS devices and SaaS applications, troubleshoot access, authentication, and device-related issues.
  • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, off-boarding), perform account recoveries, TOTP/2FA recovery, and SSO troubleshooting.
  • Own ordering of hardware such as MacBooks, monitors, and peripherals, manage inventory and lifecycle of devices.
