Job Position: Long Haul Truck Driver Number of Vacancies: 10 Location of Work: Travel across Canada and USA with base at 12310 114Ave, Surrey BC V3V3N5 Term of employment: Full time, Permanent with 40-50 hours per week. Shifts: Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings Salary: $37 per, overtime after 60 hours per week at the rate of 1.5 times. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks weighing over 4600 kg with three or more axles to transport goods and material to destinations all over Canada and USA; . Oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment, loading and unloading, and safety and security of cargo; . Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights, brakes and cold storage; . Maintain log book, record cargo information, distance travelled, fuel consumption and other information in log book; . Communicate with dispatcher and Load cargo.
