Atlanta or DC firm is seeking an associate to join its bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice group, residing in Atlanta or DC. The ideal candidate will have substantive bankruptcy experience with an understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings, including experience representing both debtors and committees of unsecured creditors. Candidates must have bankruptcy court experience, including handling contested hearings and adversary proceedings.
