Modern law firm with offices in NYC and Essex County, NJ are seeking a Corporate Paralegal with prior law firm experience and knowledge of entity formation, legal transactional document management and filing, UCC and various other corporate legal transactional work for a full time position with the firm at either of it's offices, which can be a hybrid role with minimum 1 day in the office (Tuesdays) at a salary of $80k to $110k base plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
