Job description: Working Foreman Multi-Trade Construction Lead We are seeking a Working Foreman with strong field leadership and the ability to self-perform across multiple trades. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on craftsmanship and small-team supervision across commercial and residential job sites. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of skilled trade work including framing, drywall, trim, MEP coordination, light plumbing/electrical, and finishes Lead in-house crews and subcontractors to execute project scopes Conduct material takeoffs, place orders, and manage deliveries Maintain quality standards, job pacing, and task sequencing Coordinate daily tasks with the Superintendent or Project Manager Handle minor layout, site setup, and final punch work Enforce OSHA safety practices and maintain a clean, productive job site Keep daily reports and communicate field status effectively Qualifications: 5+ years in construction with multi-trade capabilities Prior experience as lead carpenter, foreman, or working superintendent Skilled in reading plans, performing takeoffs, and managing materials Strong communicator with natural field leadership Own tools preferred; must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
