We’re a strength training studio in Studio City that specializes in helping adults 40+ build strength, energy, and confidence through smart, science-based workouts. We’re looking for an Outreach Coordinator who brings operational excellence, leadership, a love of people, and an interest in wellness.
About the Role:
This is a part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) role supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio, helping us deliver an outstanding client experience from first contact to loyal membership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing front desk operations (scheduling, client check-ins, fielding inquiries)
- Responding to leads via text, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism
- Using internal systems (training provided) to track client information and studio activity
- Maintaining accuracy across client records and workflows
- Supporting our coaches with session prep, follow-up tasks, and member communications
- Playing a key role in lead follow-up and outreach conversations (no cold calling just friendly, consultative follow-up)
- Helping clients feel seen, supported, and cared for every time they walk in
- Pursuing TEC Coach Certification
Who You Are:
- Exceptionally organized, with great attention to detail (READ ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION)
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing under pressure
- A natural communicator with a warm and professional tone
- Process-oriented loves checklists and thrives on improving systems
- Flexible and reliable able to adjust schedule if needed
- Curious and eager to learn about strength training and client transformation
- Positive mindset about prospect outreach: you see it as a game, a challenge, and a way to help people say yes to changing the way they experience getting older
Bonus If You:
Have worked in fitness, health, or wellness industries
Are interested in becoming a certified coach
Have client relations or outreach experience in a boutique studio, spa, or clinic setting
Schedule:
- Approximately 20 hours per week, including most Saturdays (8:30a - 1p) SATURDAY AVAILABILITY IS A MUST
- Must be flexible and available to adjust hours to meet studio needs
